Overview

CryptoBox-Ninja has a basic session-based withdrawal process. Customers request a withdrawal by creating a withdrawal request. Financial administrators review the withdrawal request (24/7), which concludes with an approval or rejection.

Customers can generate withdrawal requests and query the state of these withdrawal requests. Financial administrators approve the withdrawal requests. After approval, the system will trigger the withdrawal, sign, and broadcast the transaction to the blockchain.

Customers create withdrawal requests in fiat currency. The first time the system receives the withdrawal request, it converts the fiat amount to cryptocurrency and fixes the currency rate. When the finance administrators approve the withdrawal request, the withdrawal takes place at a fixed rate. Upon receiving the withdrawal request, the system informs the customer about the conversion details.
